The Power of the Resurrection

I've heard so much about resurrection especially as easter approaches. But I have never imagined or perceived with the senses, resurrection. In fact, not many people actually witnessed resurrection. But the Bible certainly recorded that there were eyewitnesses to the resurrection of Jesus. He appeared in person among His disciples and other crowds.

Jesus actually promised resurrection of His children. Though many have not perceived with the senses, He had first demonstrated Himself by descending to death and resurrecting to life. That's why we as Christians can rest in the fact that Jesus is risen! He is not dead! He is alive! and He has power over sin and death.

"I am the resurrection and the life.
He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;
and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.
Do you believe this?"
