Seasoned With Salt

The past 3 days have been quite a stretch for me at work. I needed to deal with demanding requests from the customer that I'm serving. It was rather annoying at first that it was meant to be a goodwill gift of service, and then there was the additional request on top of it. I personally felt that it was rather beyond what we should be doing as part of goodwill. I need to work on this aspect, of handling demanding requests from customers, without offending them. Not that I offended them, but I think I did just marginally alright, being more functional in my tone of speech and more objective. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm sure there is always room for improvement.

God be my help.

"Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."
~ Colossians 4:6 (NIV)
